Project: General services center, shumaisi - makkah (2.40 billion SR)
Owner: Ministry of finance.
• Full responsibility for external works of zone J1 & J2 including complete utility networks, road work, electrical sub-stations (total zone area = 840, 000 m2)
• Full responsibility for construction of 10 underground water tanks, max size 110 * 130 * 6 m, min size 60*60*5 m, total concrete volume = 60000 m3 (covering the whole project)
• Schedule and dispatch work activities to sub-contractors.
• Organize all site required on the job.
• Coordination with PCS. Dept. for producing a monthly program for construction keeping progress in line and complying with project requirements & specs.
• Optimize the resources and monitor the progress work according to schedule to increases profits.
• Reviewing working days, contract time and documenting time extensions.
• Control and ensure the availability of all materials and equipment for daily work.
• Identify all required resources to each activity and Enforcing Labor Compliance by preparing daily reports with required.
• Managing change orders
• Manage the day to day logistics and problem solving that a project can bring.
• Evaluate and compile monthly billings for distribution to the owner.

Project: King Abdullah Economic City (Rabigh), Bay La sun. (240 million)
Owner: EMAAR ECONOMIC CITY (EEC)
• Full responsibility of construction of tower "C1" (concrete skeleton) at Bay La Sun area (basement area 5000 m2 & 8 typical floors each 2400 m2)
• Full responsibility for construction of main irrigation pump station at Bay la sun area, total area (8000 m2), tank capacity 2500 m3.
• Full responsibility for construction of main STP at bay la sun area raising sewage water over 6 m head.
• Dewatering system arrangements for deep foundation items as well as utility items.
• Monitoring contractor's performance and enforce all requirements of applicable codes, specifications and contract drawings.
• Monitoring construction schedules throughout the course of construction.
• Managing submittals and monitor designer's review activities.
• Control and ensure the availability of all materials and equipment for daily work.
• Ensuring contractors properly provides for the safety of the workers
• Managing contractor's Request for Information (RFI's)
• Coordinate with other discipline Subcontractors to resolve any problems for all trades.
• Participate at progress meeting and ensure that work meet the project dead line.

• Coordination with SBG head office for shop drawings.
• Coordination with main project suppliers for approval of their shop drawings & materials.
• Coordination with supplier of hollow core machinery supplier (Elematic - Finland) for hollow core production line erection (6 beds), complete equipment installation, testing & commissioning.
• Supervising finishing works of factory attached buildings.
• Review Formwork and steel reinforcement shop drawings.
• Review material Submittals for Approval.
• Participate in project progress review meetings and coordinates with counterparts in concern services.
