Major responsibilities:
-Design and review all drawings by Solid works, AutoCAD before creating laser programing
- Review all nesting programing with sheet size to assure performance 90-99% of utilizing
sheet metal size and avoid wasting
- Implement and control the production schedule according to clients priority
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
- Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to
- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
- Set product quality standards
- Monitor quality standards of products
- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process
- Prepare and maintain production reports
Major responsibilities:
- Direct and Manage Preventive Maintenance team
- Examining equipment performance and providing recommendations to enhance maintainability and to minimize maintenance cost
- Directing the implementation overhauling for all Machines and new Projects
- Direct and coordinate Maintenance within company policies, procedures, and budget
- Ensuring that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently.
Key Achievement:
- Manage/reduce the downtime from 30% to 15% of available time
- Manage the Maintenance expanses with 12 % reduction
- Organize & participated effectively in training of assigned staff to apply good engineering practices for all maintenance activities,
- Maintaining minimum stock level as per production requirement and machine history
- Increase lines’ Efficiency from 60 % to 90 %
o Preparing the Preventive Maintenance schedules (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
o Preparing the PM checklists for all production lines according to user manual
o Preparing the CIL (Cleaning, Inspection and Lubricating) checklists according to user manual
o Follow up the maintenance tasks and the schedule of the preventive maintenance to insure that the maintenance tasks implemented in the right way.
o Analyzes the down time data and rezones to figure out the root cause of the problems and put action plan to solve this problems.
o Prepare monthly report for the consumed spare parts.
o Prepare monthly KPIs for production and maintenance .
o prepare the external interventions action plans .
o Contact with local, foreign suppliers for the projects and the local workshops
o Very good SAP system user for PR, Reservation, Maintaining safe stock.
o Internal auditor for the other department, to insure they ready for the ISO audit
Graduated from Higher technological institute engineering section - mechanical department -mechatronic with 5 years academic and technical study, graduated with very good grad (3.13/4) GPA
