- Won the NBE tender 2014-2015 with 2000 POS"Castles Brand
- Self-Services Project 2015 "Full Function Payment Kiosk" with Etisalat Misr, Install whole payment gateway plus the Kiosk Hardware and its client App.
- Recognized the first supplier for POS spare parts at Fawry and NTG.
- Provided E-Payment Application for Etisalat Misr 2016.

- Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, Such as material handling equipment, numerical-control machinery, and computer systems.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Deliver a monthly revenue forecast.

ATM and POS:
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
- Manages technical resources.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Coordinates with the quality assurance personnel to ensure that the goods meet an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients.
- Obtain the requirements for logistics and coordinate with the finance department to obtain the necessary approval for the budget.
- Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.

Extra Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all technical issues for the ATM M/Cs.
- Responsible for the warehouse, stock system and workshop operation.
- Follow up & ensure that the technicians are applying the quality assurance requirements.
- Responsible for all technical issues for the NCR and Diebold M/Cs.
- Follow up the Maintenance to the BOCD Bank in LIBYA for NCR M/C.
- Presales for a new French Point Of Sale brand.

- Supports and coaches a group of ATM technical engineers, develops training schedules.
- Prepare reports, budgets and assessments.
- Contact and foster client relationships.
- Manage team performance and progress.
- Coordinate, attend and lead team meetings.
- Deliver client service level agreements and KPIs
- Analyzes the performance of machinery or operating equipment, reviews product designs and repairs or troubleshoots manufacturing equipment.
- Observation the maintenance for The ATMs Machine (NCR, Diebold and KingTeller).
- Follow up the Maintenance to Citibank M/C (NCR and Diebold)
- Follow up the Data Center (IT Room) Maintenance.

- Site inspection & acquisition.
- Site preparation.
- ATM (NCR & Diebold) installation.
- FLM and SLM.
- Install Banknotes Processing Machines respectively systems at customer sites.
- Conduct In-House and On-site trainings for customers.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of Banknote Processing Systems.
- Install other G& D products as per requirements.

- Fixing the Radar Equipment.
- Reporting all the Communication Devices issues.
- Follow up the maintenance for the Electrical Generators.
- Supervising technicians and craftspeople and other colleagues.
- Writing technical reports.
