▪ Reviews progress and monitoring all reports on network status which presents performance statistics at various meetings to increase efficiency.
▪ Anticipates future network needs, studies past and current trends.
▪ Provides technical support to other departments and agencies related to ICT systems.
▪ Liaise with other ICT Service managers in a highly technical and sensitive environment to gain buy in for proposed architectures and technology investments.
▪ Provide advice and prepare strategic reports and briefings for associate directors and stakeholders with respect to network issues or developments
▪ Directs projects assigned by the management via planning plans of action, resource allocation and monitoring progress.
▪ Ensure that all networking implementations are secure, reliable, cost effective and fit for the purpose.
▪ Maintain a documented road map for the networking Projects, ensuring that these plans are understood and followed by members of the team.
▪ Work closely with Designing consultants, contractors, suppliers, and 3rd parties to ensure ICT industry best practice is followed to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively.
▪ Contribute to the business cases for technology investments.
▪ Work with other team managers to develop mutual understanding of each area and develop methods of cooperation and support to achieve our stated corporate objectives.
▪ Classify, diagnose, and repair problems related to the different Telecom services.
Supervised Projects:
▪ ElGouna Fiber Network Upgrade (For FTTH & Triple play) " approximate 5000 User & 230k
fiber cables laid"
▪ Data Network Upgrade for all El Gouna hotels "about 13 Hotels with approximate 2500 guest
rooms".
▪ TUB ElGouna Campus Project (F/A - Telephone - MATV - Data - A/V).
▪ CCTV System (Security Cams).
▪ ElGouna International School (Fire Alarm Network).
▪ Golf courses (Automated Sprinklers System & Network Installation).
▪ HAYAMA Boat (Renovation Low current systems in the Boat).
▪ Ancient Sands (Fiber Network for GPON system & F/A).
Review and evaluate requests from engineers, managers, and technicians for system
modifications.
▪ Prepare system activity and performance reports.
▪ Supervise maintenance of telecommunications equipment (PBXs, MATV Station, etc.).
▪ Develop, maintain, or implement telecommunications disaster recovery plans to ensure business
continuity.
▪ Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, or compatibility with
existing systems.
▪ Good Knowledge in Administrating Avaya Aura Communication Manger, Avaya Aura Session
Manger, Avaya Aura System Manager, Zhone GPON System, MATV (Master Antenna TV)
WISI Station and network.
Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
▪ Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools, etc.,
required for all electrical and related works.
▪ Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to
the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
▪ Manages and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
▪ Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and
civil groups.
▪ Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions of works.
▪ Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical
groups at site.
▪ Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings,
contract documents, project specifications.

▪ Checking instruments after installation.
▪ Official experience in ICAPS sheets (Electrical & Mechanical testing sheets).
▪ Experience in loop check for instruments.
▪ Testing the linearity of axial, speed, vibration and key phasor probes.
▪ Supervision of pulling cables and continuity tests for cables.
Overall grade & Final project grade are both Very good.
