Actively involved in projects with estimated total investment of US$1.5B in Oman.
Executed the following responsibilities:
•Preparing strategic business growth plans. Identifying areas of development and formulating plans to achieve the set goals.
•Directing the company to meet its financial targets and overall budget.
•Developing, establishing and directing the performance goals for each department, allocating resources, and monitoring the progress of each functional area.
•Supervising the design department to ensure timely submission of designs and material samples.
• Reviewing the progress of ongoing projects and resolving any bottlenecks in the execution.
•Overseeing the technical activities of the company and its subsidiaries.
•Created tracking sheets for 3 projects to follow up on status of all purchase requests.

Establishing and registering Radic Construction (Al-Rajhi Development) In Oman.
•Negotiating with the client prior to signing contract.
•Preparation of long term strategic plans for the organization.
•Developing project management plans & construction systems.
•Directing and coordinating the construction process.
•Administering contracts and negotiating agreements.
•Attending most of international construction materials and machineries exhibitions including ISH (Germany), Canton fair (China) and Big 5 Show regularly to find the most balanced choices of materials and solutions.
•Visiting scores of factories in China every year to choose quality construction materials, reliable suppliers and reasonable prices.
•Establishing the most appropriate procurement strategies.
•Evaluating the cost-effectiveness of plans.
•Coordinating activities and resources including performance management.
•Suggesting practical and innovative solutions to save budget and time, while upgrading quality.
•Liaising with the client and consultant, and insuring that the client objectives are achieved.
