1-Coordinate collect, update and maintain financial information from different sources including accounts payable, vendor confirmations and reconciliations, asset purchase and movement in order to ensure effective maintenance of financial information complying with statutes and guidelines.
2- Collect information and inform cash outflow needs in order to effectively forecast cash situations and implement control measures.
3- Ensure invoices are accounted time, process monthly payables as per policy, follow up with customers and internal departments for accounting, processing and payment within agreed credit terms. Reconciliation of all supplier accounts and disbursement bank account. .
