Assigned responsibilities includes:
Follow-up on the projects status and reporting during the PLC stages (risks, issues, dependencies, resource management, and scope) in close collaboration with the different IT units.
Support and make sure that all IT units deliver up to date.
Project information regarding scope, timeline, exceptions, risks and issues towards the SMO director and aggregate this into a monthly SMO report.
Align with the release manager of the respective application on the release planning and scope in the different environments and instances.
