• Monitor plant maintenance to make certain that all equipment's are functioning properly and at optimum cost
• Issues monthly and weekly reports covering output, efficiency, Plant Financials, capacity utilization, overheads, downtime cost and packaging cost
• Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of non-conformity with product specifications and operating or production problems.
• Identified and implemented viable strategies for continuous improvement.
• Retention of staff through recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees.
• Heading over 150 employees (multiple nationalities) on regular basis with shift to cover 24h, resources, and equipment to ensure the best operation of the process.
• Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within the production department and between the department and the various departments of the company.
• Stock management.
• Set the production plan with the production manager and the operation manager.
• Maintain product quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
