Completing the course of "The Teacher Training Initiative-EFL" funded under the Development Training 2 Project, the Institute of International Development, the Department of Applied Linguistics and ESL of Georgia State University, USA. Participating in WIDE World online "Teaching for Understanding 1: Focus on Student Understanding" and completing coursework which represents a total of 44 hours of online and offline effort in May 2008, Harvard Graduate School of Education. Participating in WIDE World online "Teaching for Understanding 2: Understanding in Practice" and completing coursework which represents a total of 45 hours of online and offline effort in September 2008, Harvard Graduate School of Education.
