Manage Blackboard Learn Infrastructure over windows.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and apply corrective measures to resolve
problems. Analysis may involve replicating scenarios to understand
the nature of the problem.
• Manage Blackboard Snapshot controller tool to integrate Bb Database
with SIS database.
• Build and Manage Communities on Blackboard.
• Manage Blackboard Content.
• Conduct Blackboard Training Online Writing Evaluation Workshops.
• Conduct individualized training sessions for faculty and staff whose
immediate needs cannot be met through scheduled workshops.
• Provide just-in-time consultation to faculty, staff, and students on how
to use specific features of Blackboard
• Communicate projected user needs to the vendor for consideration in
future system upgrades.
• Compile online learning reports as requested by academic and
administrative units of the university.
• Research and recommend emerging or innovative learning
technologies that enhance the current system's capabilities.
• Manage semester-to-semester migration and system clean-up
following the recommendations of the Blackboard team or instructor
requests. Currently, this comprises of three tasks: course copying,
archiving and deletion.
• Develop and update standards and policies as system and user needs.

Responsibilities:-
• Management team and the assign of tasks.
• Prepare work plan.
• Work on the analysis and Instructional design of e-courses.
• Interview e-courses matter expert and meet the requirements of the development of courses.
• Responsibilities include design and development of E-learning
• Using Adobe product to produce the content (Dreamweaver, Flash professional, Photoshop, and Captivate).
• Develop and maintain websites (the web site built by Drupal php cms)
• Customizing Moodle (LMS) .
• Administrating Moodle (LMS) .
• ELearning Trainer: Training students to activate courses and use media and other programs enabling to run these courses.
• ELearning Technical support .
• Primary responsibilities including design and development of E-learning content.
• Working with Dreamweaver CS5 to create sites.
• Using JavaScript in dynamic content development.
• Working with Course lab 2.4 to make an e-learning courses
• Working with Scorm programs such as( Reload editor-Reload win 7)

*The application of new standards programs, new applied and constant updating of the sons techs in the field of e-learning in order to raise the level of workers in the area and provide them with a wealth of experience over the past years by the National Council for e-learning over the period from 1-12-2009 to now and this is the duration of my experience to the project.
*Creating and developing E-Learning courses and publishing for student in LCMS (MOODLE)
* Assists with creating and loading content and assessments
* Launches new learning activities within the LMS (e-learning and instructor-led) - builds associated learning activities, audiences, and properties; executes proper testing protocols consistently to ensure flawless implementation.
* Serve as LMS Administrator for assigned project(s)
* Serve technical support for escalated help desk tickets
* Perform LMS quality control duties routinely
* Identifies and resolves general LMS process issues
* Runs, schedule and distribute pre-designed reports as needed
* Drafts documentation for technical resolutions as needed.
* Perform manual administrative LMS duties as needed to help maintain the Learning Center
