Supervising the branches accountants and audit all branches transactions sales, collection, cash and branches betty
cash.
• Prepare the sales and collection reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) per branch, per salesman and
per brand and comparing it with target and illustrating the deviations.
• Preparing the monthly collection target as per the A/R due dates and submitted to sales team.
• Ensure that all collection receipts from customers have deposited in bank accounts.
• Review customer balances and monitoring the overdue and prepare a report that illustrating the delay days.
• Issue the commissions and incentives sheet for sales team monthly.
• Reconciliations of customers’ accounts monthly and quarterly and resolve all differences in the statements of
accounts.
• Prepare the profitably report for each customer every quarter.
• Reviews the customers’ credit limits not only for new accounts but also the current ones.
• Make sure that all customers’ issues are solved to proceed all sales orders without any delay.
• Participation in the preparation the final budget and income statement.
• Prepared journal entries, reconciliations and trend analyses as required for monthly close for all branches.
• Participation in develop, deploy and maintain company’s credit policy.
