Perform outdoor sales for the different banking services by visiting different locations, and targeting new customers.
•Initiate professional and comprehensive sales calls for offering the bank products such as loans, credit cards, and opening new bank accounts.
•Use the Integrated Computerized Banking System (ICBS) for loan calculations.
•Use the Credit Information Network (CI-NET) to check customers’ eligibility for new loans and credit cards.
•Use the banking system to submit new loan details, and attach the required documents after being checked and revised.
•Schedule the different customer appointments, and make proper preparation before every appointment.
•Handle and resolve customers’ issues and complaints, to gain their trust and satisfaction.
Provided professional customer service at the hospital’s different departments.
•Participated in the whole process of handling patients’ medical reports’ requests.
•Communicated with medical insurance companies to finalize any insurance related services, such as obtaining approvals, or resolving conflicts if any.
•Use SAP system for different purposes such as new profiles’ creation, managing customer appointments, and making invoices.
Supervised the hotel at night shifts, performing all the manager’s responsibilities which included handling the different departments such as security, housekeeping, room service… etc
•Provided daily update report to the hotel’s general manager.
•Managed the process of check-in & out for the hotel’s guests.
•Dealt with guests’ inquiries, requests, and complaints.
