• Assist in developing and delivering the organizations financial and business strategy.

• Provide financial appraisal, as needed, in particular for capital investments, customer pricing, contract
negotiations, business proposals, new projects and strategic decision-making.
• Formulating annual income statement and balance sheet budget for all the business segments in
accordance with the strategy determined by the board.
• Reviewing the rolling forecast process and improving it.
• Evaluate budget variances and advise operations to rectify the reasons of negative variances and cost
controls.
• Assessment of profitability relates to its Source, Stability and Revenue Trend.
• Determinants of earnings quality include the companys business environment, its selection and
application of accounting principles, and the character of its management.

• Supervise that all accounting entries, payments and receivables are posted correctly and timely.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
• Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance
improvements.
• Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
