•Implemented the migration of CISCO Call Manager IP telephony to Office Communications Server 2007 R2 as well as the migration of 2000 Users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 with full high availability for both solutions.
•Implemented both Network Access Protection and Office Communication Server 2007 R2, Systems Center Configuration manager 2007 R3 and Systems Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 for IRENA.
•Implemented the Forefront Client Security proof of concept for ADNOC as well as presenting the client with proper knowledge transfer.

•Designed the company's security policy regarding internal and remote communications as from antivirus, firewalls and patching as well as internet usage regulation using websense on top of MS ISA Servers.
•Migrated existing windows 2003 based enviroment to windows 2008 including Active Directory users, Exchange server 2003 to 2007, DNS and File Servers
•Configured backbone servers and security for National ID and Machine readable passports for Both LIBYA and UAE.
•Implemented and Managed a complete Virtual Datacenter using VMWARE ESX servers for dveleopers as a replica testing enviroment for all of the company's projects as well as some production servers.

•Configured the GFI FaxMaker with OCR routing to the recepients mailbox as well as GFI Network Security Scanner for application control and patching
+ Managing and maintaining the network infrastructure such as network connectivity devices in all kinds’ i.e routers, switches, SAN servers. That is after building up a new infrastructure that is faster and more advanced, to meet the demands of my design for the new network hosts.
+ Rebuilt the whole server-client topology by fixing up a domain controller that was barely operational, running windows server 2000, fixing it’s DNS as the dynamic registration was not working and various server records was not there. And the added a new Domain Controller that is running windows server 2003. Configured the appropriate OUs and Group policies for denying the users from doing various mistakes that can compromise the operating systems on their machines.
+ Added a new Exchange server 2003, and enabled routing to internet contacts. In addition to using GFI Mail Security as for threat solution software, In addition to connecting it with the current exchange 5.5 server.
+ Added the IIS Server which is to Host our website, Also DHCP, file servers.
+ Added a new ISA 2003 Server in a back to back topology with the existing Proventia Firewall. And the same server acted as the Symantec Corporate server controlling the threat of having a virus, worm or an adware within the company which was already infected with a brontok.KB worm, which was totally removed prior to the installation of the SCS.
+ Implemented the VECTOR PC-DUO desktop support system for further support of the users’ day to day problem.

+ Implemented a Linux Server Using Mandiva Linux 2006 in which it acted as a web server, holding the company's web-site and a web based accounting application that I also searched for myself and implemented it for the company's use with coordination with the accounting department, the application is called SQL-Ledger, a web based application, which also contributed with the performance of the company.
+ Was responsible for the newly opened " Linux Department " which was opened by the company after the great success of the previous implementation of the Linux server in which the main role of the department was to offer the SQL-ledger accounting software for sale, and the web hosting, although the cost of these programs are free but the company charged for the installation of them.
+ Also suggested for the project called " Database Shared " in which the company offered that other companies share their database of the accounting software it's server without the need of buying additional hardware for the server, and this was applied for the web hosting also.
+ Designed and implemented the domain and network infrastructure of the company of the company - where none existed before - by adding the server and configuring the roles as follows:
+ Primary domain controller
+ Active directory users and sites, setting group policy objects "GPO" for each Organizational unit container that is the managers and the rest of the departments
+ Setting the security policy of the company's domain
+ Domain naming system (DNS) with forward and reverse lookup zones
+ Dynamic Host Configuration protocol " DHCP ", with all the appropriate configuration of IP address assignment for clients and other server options, like gateway, DNS … Etc, to ensure the internet connectivity
+ Implemented the Internet security and acceleration server, as a proxy and a firewall to ensure the safe environment and faster internet browsing especially for the sales department.
+ Was also responsible for the company's technical support department, as of coordinating the support teams and giving technical advice on issues with the client's computers, and the companies support contracts.

+ Managed to implement a project -that was my idea- in which the company did connect several building in the area to our internet connection after receiving the proper licensing from Our ISP, thus giving internet to the users at a very low cost - due to sharing of the connection - while keeping the security police of the company, and for which increased the income of the company / Month, as we were acting as an ISP but with a very low cost.
