• Design annual special plans in sales department by relying on studying market requirements
• Follow up customer feedback through the follow up report to the delegate to work on providing.
• Define the strategic objectives of sales by setting a set of expectations on the volume of sales to be achieved
• Compared to the amount of profit that includes the revenues collected and also depends on the study and analysis of previous sales of the company.
• Contribute to maintaining the selling price based on ensuring a constant balance between supply and demand
• Identify and adjust sales prices by following up on competition with other companies that offer similar products to our product in the marketplace.
• Follow up the work of the sales department staff, and ensure that they are carried out according to their plans and tasks, and ensure continuity in achieving success of the work.
• Sales tips, such as clarifying the nature of a new product, advertising it soon, changing prices or changing future sales policies.
• Maintaining the support of the collective effort in the sales department by supporting the role of cooperation among employees in order to achieve the specific objectives in the work.
• Hold training courses and workshops for sales staff to develop their work skills.
