 Ensuring that site operate in safe manner & comply with the project safety policy.
 Ensuring that Implementation of Project HSE policy & procedure.
 Liaising with main contractor related safety issues and safe work environment required at site.
 Arranging project safety induction for new employees & Visitor before entering on site.
 Assign supervisor or foreman for pre task meeting to workers regarding related arise risks & Hazard
 and safety precautions.
 Coordinating with HSE superintendent for site issues/concerns & shut out with in time scale
 conducting project HSE training (Tool box talk) for all employees health and safety exposures
 Participating in emergency rescue management and emergency fire drills.
 Investigating and correcting near miss/incident/accident and follow up its correction if necessary.
 Participating in periodically and none periodically inspection, HSE meeting and follow up NCR correction as per site safety requirements.
 Ensuring that thoroughly audit the work permit with concern documents related activities before commencing the job at site.
 Carrying out daily site inspection related activities tools, equipments, machine & work environment
 Developed & implement safe work systems & safety plan on site coordination with construction manager.
 Carrying out active & reactive monitoring for safe work System on site
 Conducting Safety coordinate meeting with site supervisors & foreman's regarding safe work system.
 Ensuring that hazard identified risk assessment has been carried out for hazard related activities.
 Preventing accidents/incidents/near misses by provide safety culture and safe system plan
