receivable functions, and managing complex invoices and resolving escalated billing

comparing them against project budgets, and conducted cost variance analysis for
imported materials to ensure cost efficiency.

compliance with UAE labor laws and approving sales invoices as per agreed price and
variance analysis.

 Import Accounting & Cost Allocation: Led accounting for import purchases, including
cost sheet preparation, reverse charge mechanism, consignment clearing expenses,
and petty cash disbursements.
 Payment Processing & Reconciliations: Managed accounts payable processes,
prepared telegraphic transfers (TT) and trust receipts (TR) for foreign payments, and
performed regular bank reconciliations.
