• Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and safety management
systems at project sites.
• Conduct site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments (HIRA) to identify potential
hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure strict compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.
• Provide HSE inductions and safety training to new employees and subcontractor workforce.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety awareness programs to improve workforce safety behavior.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety regulations on site.
• Carry out fire safety inspections, including fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, and emergency equipment.
• Conduct emergency response drills and mock drills to ensure preparedness during emergency situations.
• Maintain HSE records, safety reports, and incident statistics for management review.
• Participate in monthly HSE meetings with contractors and management to discuss safety performance and
improvements.
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure safe execution of construction and MEP activities.
