• Managing Incoming Calls and Customer Service Inquiries
• Handling inbound and outbound Inventory and Liason with the accounting
department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
• Generating Sales Leads that develop new customers.

• Following up the transporter(s) to ensure time&completedelivery.
• Negotiating and Re-Negotiating by phone, mail, andperson.
• Follow & Track Material Delivery of supplies, Freight Forwarders and Clearing
agents.
• Maintain and Coordinate relationship with stakeholders and handle day-to-day
logistical concerns.
• Token Issuing, and following-up with clearingagents.
• Managing Import, Export operations, and custom clearancedocuments.
• Microsoft office, Excel suites, and socialnetworking.
• Maintain tracking of extension of warehousing period of bondedgoods.
