Coordinate Offer Management Process
•Documentation as per onboarding Process.

•Communicates and ensures completion of New Hire Checklist, which outlines employment requirements such as education, employment certification verification, criminal background check, employee health clearance, and onboarding requirements such as processes confirmation receipts to new hires upon satisfactory completion of all onboarding documentation
•Reviews processes associated with on-boarding and information collected and recommends changes for improvements and efficiencies; receives and responds to issues about the on-boarding and orientation process.
•Preparing various pipeline reports and MIS Reports (HR Metrics and Analysis Reports of headcount, turnover, recruitment trends, and other personnel statistics)
•On-boarded new hires into PeopleSoft, processing of relocation paperwork, as applicable.
•Maintained information in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and other Human Resource Information Systems.
•Well Versed in Taleo System (Recruitment, Offer Management, e-Onboarding, BGV’s and VMS Etc.)
