Implement and manage the IT Governance framework aligned with COBIT and ITIL to ensure IT investments and processes can support the organizations overall business needs.
Design, develop and implement IT operational policies, processes models, procedures, working relationships, workflow aligned with proven frameworks to adapt technology usage standards and improve business performance.
Manage internal and external technology and security audits.
Conduct IT Service continuity assessment, findings reporting, solution submission and implementation planning
Implement and manage project management standards, processes, tools& techniques based on the leading PM framework.
Review all IT projects and present the portfolio summary dashboard as project briefing packs and fact sheets.
Prepare reports for various management committees with a focus on accuracy, consistency and clarity.
Ensure the implementation of a strong change management process and monitor its operational efficiency.
Conduct project management concept selling. Assist sponsors, business heads and peer teams for the best use of project management standards and tools.
Conduct audits, risk evaluation, RCA of various IT segments and present the outcome to the management.
Lead vendor selection, solution evaluation and TCO comparison.
Contribute to the formulation of business plans, operating plans, budgets and capital expenditure requests in line with organizational strategic goals and objectives.
Manage end to end project life cycle for various small and medium IT projects for the NFPC Group of companies.
Successfully completed various projects related to communication, networking, infrastructure and application development, upgrading, intranet, security and process automation.
Analyze the organization’s strategic business needs and map them to feasible IT solutions.
Conduct brainstorm sessions, cost-benefit analysis, make or buy decisions.
Prepare project plan, project documents, monitor project progress and engage in team& management communication and constant follow-up.
Provide technical support and training to the project team when required.
Conduct supplier/ product analysis for the project, POCs, negotiation, direct and control third-party solutions
Work with other functional departments like marketing, HR and sales for Web and EDI project requirements.
Provide technical support to the services desk team for escalated issues.
Setup internal process maps and continues improvement.
Conduct Product presentation and high- level technical training.
Provide IT consultancy services to sister companies.
Streamline corporate IT support activities and improve service level efficiency by adapting various methods and training.
Manage and lead a group of IT Location Coordinators to support the UAE and OMAN operations.

Plan, implement and monitor various software applications including IT Helpdesk System.
