In this organisation my role is of evaluating process technical aspects of our products and giving technical training new employees. I am also dealing with the safety aspects like maintenance of fire and gas equipment, fire and gas alarms, fire extinguishers and fire protection passive systems

I was involved in the Process activities of Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit (LINDE), Saturated LPG, Unsaturated LPG, Kerosene, Diesel Hydro-treating units and also Refinery Flare System.
I have rich experience
and OHSAS-18001 and IMS.
I have fair experience in preparation of LPG production Philosophy, LPG Plant report safety, process flow diagrams related to fire and gas equipment handling fire extinguishers and fire protection passive systems .

Involved in preparation of SOPs, Mock drill reports, shift duties as a
have experience in troubleshooting of Hydrogen & Mercaptan-oxidation units, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of the plants (Steam Blowing, Hydro test loop file prep), review of P&ID’s, LDTs & Isometrics, Making of Hydro test loop files. I have also attended 6 month Training on DCS Panel (FOXBORO I/A series 51)in parallel. I have sound knowledge of operating/technical safety manual preparation, PHAST, Aspen, Hysys, Auto CAD, SIL, LOPA, HAZOP, HAZAN and QRA

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
•Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, store & inventory control, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management and manpower planning.
•Preparing operating/technical manual, SOPs & checklist and coordinating projects for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
•Liaising with government department and consultants for approvals and clearances.
OPERATIONS / TROUBLESHOOTING:
•Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.
•Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of equipment and maintaining requisite documents for the same.
•Identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis.

•Ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations as well as adherence to quality standards like ISO, etc.
•Maintaining and ensuring stringent adherence to quality & safety standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.

PRE-COMMISSIONING& COMMISSIONING:
•Pre-commissioning and commissioning of the heavy equipment as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities & electrical machineries, etc.
•Designing plant layout, making drawing, approving them and carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the plant/equipment.
