AREAS OF EXPERTISE:-
Order Processing & Execution:-
• Manage regional orders in excess of USD 6 million annually from receipt of purchase order to invoicing and collection by liaising with internal and external stake holders.
• Prepare competitive quotes of various sizes for entire projects, estimating the cost of materials, labour and equipment and applying prices aimed at securing a strong profit margin.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Engineering and Contractors during the order process and ensure the delivery of the product in time.
• Liaise with QC Department to address the NCR’s raised by the clients across the region.
• Maintain and generate reports for the regional orders and submit to the management as required.
Business Development & Sales:-
• Manage sales desk in excess to USD 1 million annually.
• Research, identify potential clients/customers and generate new business and build relations with the existing clients.
• Identify the product suppliers, analyze the quotations and place order with the most cost effective and quality supplier.
• Manage the entire order processing until invoice is realized.
• Manage the NCR’s from clients, liaise with suppliers for a re delivery of error/defect free products.
