Interpret and improve technical requirements for Company by reviewing Standards & Procedures as clients (Reliance Industry) requirement.
Capable of developing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.
Conversant with vendor document reviews ie. ITP, Test Procedures etc. for piping material & various equipment's associated with Oil and Gas construction.
Qualification of WPS, PQR & Welders for one or more of the following Welding Processes-Manual SMAW, Manual GTAW
Qualification of Procedure for Radiography, PWHT, UT, FITUP etc.
Inspection of Materials (including Positive Material Identification)-Consumable & Non Consumable and ensuring Material Traceability as per the WPS.
Inspection during Fabrication of Piping Spools and Pipe Supports at Shop & Field.
Inspection of Pre Weld Joint Set-Ups and Post Weld Joint Visuals & Select Welds for NDE.
Inspection of Surface Preparation by Blasting, Airless Painting& Field Joint Coating.
Interpretation & Evaluation of Non-destructive Examination (VT, RT, PT, UT, MT, LT, etc.).
Document Control and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reporting & Recording.
Evaluate & Witness Above &Below ground Hydrostatic Test.
Provide Quality Assurance and Control Mechanisms as well as improve Safety by Proactive Surveillance.
Inspection for Construction Projects as per Mandatory Documents, Client Specifications, Governing of Codes and Reference Drawings, Applicable Standards &Codes of Practice; such as but not limited to :ASMEB31.3, ASME Sec-IX, ASME Sec-V, ASME Sec-II, ASME Sec.VIII-DIV1.
- Completed Mechanical engineering from Kerala university which is one of the top universities in India. - ASNT NDT Level 2 Certification in RT,UT,MT and PT - NACELL Certification in QA/QC Engineering, Welding Inspection and Piping & Pipeline Engineering.
