• Planning all major Equipment’s Master tracker and Live Program for T&C schedule
• Schedule preparation for all the equipment and making progress report for the Inspection Plan.
• Preparing various MEP major equipment inspection report.
• Preparing MAR checklist for all the MEP materials.
• Involved Major equipment’s tracking and Planning
• Coordinating with Senior Engineers and Site inspectors for the various T&C activities and directly reporting to the Manager for progress plan
• Involved in Procurement activities for T&C testing instruments.
• Preparing certificate for the all test IT, PSAT, SAT
• Ensure that all testing equipment’s was calibrated and approved.
• Working with Ten stations, collecting all T&C certificates for all MEP equipment’s and checking and submitting to client
• Handling all Direct and Indirect Purchase Requisition.
• Floating RFQ for Mechanical Items (All pumps, AHU, FCU, Sand Filter, Copper, Cast Iron, GI, Grooved Pipes & fittings, etc.) to the various suppliers approved by JV vendor list.
• Making Clear Technical & Commercial Comparison.
• Attend various meeting with suppliers and Technical Department for technical clarification with dedicated and committed.
Involved in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and making clear review for the various Projects.
Identifying the solution for the client issues.
Attend various Meeting for Client and Project management
Involved in Supply chain Management and logistics
Knowledge about vendor management
Preparing Documentation like PO, Work order, Procedures
Knowledge in SAP and FTP
Pro E, Auto CAD, SP3D
Responsibilities:
• Piping and Equipment modelling by using SP3D software
• Checking & Preparation of Piping Isometrics.
• Preparation of Piping MTOs.
• Knowledge in product development.
• 3D modelling, Detailing and Technical Documentation.
