•To direct control and efectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in my assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance
•Manage & monitor performance of Salesmen to ensure all areas deliver the targeted volume & margin.
•Achieve the budgeted volume & margin of products to deliver company's targeted profit.
•Managing the sales of Key accounts like Lulu, Carrefour, Coops, Geant, Spinneys and Choithrams etc and other Traditional trade stores in my area.
•To maximise sales and profit in Key Accounts by managing spend, listing of products, analysing sales performance, visiting markets, surveying customer satisfactions, increasing in store space and visibility. Planning and managing promotional activities in coordination with Business Units and marketing teams and implementing through regional sales teams. Manage Business agreements and funds to reduce the spend, maximize sales and profitability.
•List all new products' timely and ensure updated products in the retail database to ensure availability and maintain correct pricing.
•Negotiate Business agreements, space, payment agreement, rebates, promotions to ensure we get the most eficient trading terms.
•Space agreements optimization to maximize visibility.
•Plan and execute promotional activities to counterattack competitor activities and increase Almarai purchase.
•Maintain customer relationship to build profitable business. (Continuous communication)
•Analyse sales performance to identify sales opportunities and areas of improvement.
•Achieve the distribution target on a week to week basis in all trade channels as per the recommended product portfolio to optimize the sales & increase market share
•Ensure that all customers comply with company credit policy to avoid any financial loss
•Make sure all employees adhere to quality & safety policy to ensure product quality & employee safety
•Identify the training needs of Salesmen & provide/ facilitate the training inputs to equip them with the required skills & knowledge.
•Directing Salesmen by defining and communicating sales targets for each Salesman.
•Ensuring that his sales areas operate cost efectively and yield maximum results by regularly reviewing route and area performance and the factors that drive cost efectiveness and sales performance (e.g. call rates, stock rotation)

•Contributing to better management decision making by preparing and presenting timely market-related reports as required to Regional manager
