Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from initial lead qualifications to the close of the sale.
Build strong relationship with new and existing customers.
Maximize revenue growth and exceeded corporate goals and objectives.
Responsible for Managing, developing and handling corporate accounts.
Studying the client's current infrastructure and proposing a solution and pursuing the decision-makers.
Designing and suggesting effective solutions in order to deal with the IT challenges.
Arrange client meetings for promoting business and creating awareness for new IT products.
Identifying new prospects for to achieve the annual revenue target.
Overseeing the project progress and keeping in constant touch with the technical team thereby avoiding delays. Develop product knowledge and identified which products meet client needs and preferences.
Monitoring the current clients in terms of service and satisfaction, Designing support services and reinforcing brand loyalty.
Maintaining a healthy and productive relationship with the suppliers.
Knowledge gained: Cisco solutions, Microsoft Products, virtualization (VMware), knowledge on Servers, Storage Solution & IP Telephony.
