Planning, developing, and supervising all project cost and commercial
functions ensuring that all project reporting, cash flow, budgets &
forecasts comply with the Employer requirements.
* Managing the procurement and commercial management of all pre
and post contract stages of the project.
* Develop dashboards to communicate cost and schedule performance.
Implement a standardized suite of cost and schedule reports that
enable management to make data driven decisions.
* Perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project cost and schedule
performance to identify potential risk areas, validate forecasts, and
communicate those quickly to key stakeholders.
* Prepare Contractual letters / notices and response on various matters
related to scope clarifications or to seek any contractual requirement.
* Prepare and submit project cost reports and cost-value reconciliation
(CVR) to the management for monthly review to ensure that
expenditures are within the project budget.

* Monitor and manage risks, change and overall project cost control to
ensure agreed budgets are not exceeded.
* Provide contractual and commercial support to all aspects of the
project
* Carry out valuation of the Contractor’s and Sub-contractors works for
the projects
* Produce monthly cost & value reports, quarterly reports & cash flow
information
* Ensure that appropriate methods are in place to identify change and
implement change control processes and agreement in a timely
manner
Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the
valuations of variations during the Contract, for agreement of Interim
payments and final accounts.
* Assist Commercial Manager and Project Manager with advice and
contractual support for project issues.
* Monitor and control total project expenditure, including verifying
invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
* Submission of extension of time (EOT) claim for the projects
* Administering main contracts and sub-contracts throughout the works
with knowledge of FIDIC forms
* Commercial support for the projects, working closely with the
operational team to procure and manage subcontractor/suppliers and
final account
* Establish and enforce standard change management procedures to
ensure accuracy of capturing change and quantification of the work.
Prepare cost estimates, forecasting the budget, and reporting on the
present costs and interpreting the financial risks that were involved in
project.
* Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for
substations of claims / invoices.
* Collect / record event details from site to establish variations / contra
charges etc.
* Material Management & Inventory Cost Control with help of SAP.
* Progress billing, verification & reconciliation of interim payment
certificates, variation review, claim for abortive works done & cash
flow analysis and follow-up for timely payments.

of productivity Report.
* Supervising construction activities, including technical inputs for
construction & coordinating site activities.
