- Plans, facilitates, and conducts requirements definition sessions, meetings, presentations, and interviews with internal and external stakeholders as needed to define and analyze complex business problems and products.
- Captures requirements, creates use cases, and prepares written functional specifications for subsequent feasibility analysis, technical design and implementation.
- Analyzes data and provides domain and technology expertise, research and recommendations to meet business and functional requirements as applicable to the project

- Provide high-quality solutions and deliverables within defined timelines
- Conduct Functional analysis, Technical analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation of systems, including database design and development.
- Evalute and recommend off-the-shelf applications for suitable use within the organization.
- Analyse various proposed solutions by third-party vendors for suitable implementation within the organization as and when required.
- Act as Project Leader: assign and manage task of development team members
- Support the administration tasks of the Servers (Databse/Web/Application)
- Support and perform necessary maintenance of specific business systems.
- Functional analysis, Technical analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation of systems, including database design and development.
- Perform specific enhancements of current business systems to meet changing business needs and priorities as and when required.
- Train business staff on the effective use of specific new business systems and enhancements.
- Documentation of, systems or programming actions from initial design through ongoing maintenance and ultimately to problem resolution as needed will aslo be part of the responsibilities.
- Support and perform necessary maintenance of specific business systems.
- Evalute and recommend package applications for suitable use within the organization.
- Analyse various proposed solutions by third-party vendors for suitable implementation within the organization as and when required.

- Lead Development Tasks (Dot net - ASP.Net & VB.Net, C#, SQL)
- Responsible for system analysis, design & architecture (Database & Application Layer)
- Plan and study requirements for integration between systems (internal/external)
