Responsible for planning out all warehouse resources & activities in relation to companies objectives & targets. Also keeping track of stock using computer systems, allocating space for storing goods & organizing special requirements for stock
• Achieving the number of the monthly sales as it is stated in the annual budget by distributing the number of sales on the number of sales assistant and following up the showroom.
• Responsibility for completing the goods and the missing items in the shop.
• Responsibility for the analyzing the ratio of goods circulation and submitting the details to the Retail Manager
• Responsible for the day to day operational activities in the store. Supervision of merchandising standards within the store and assist top management in providing proper feed back related to the business.
Carrying out operational activities including.
• Supervising and provides work direction to Sales Assistance in the department.
• Ensure that the merchandise in the department is displayed as per the standards established by the company.
• Ensuring the maintenance of the highest hygiene and safety standards in the store.
• Leads and motivates staff in my department to achieve maximum productivity and encourages them to accomplish sales targets.
• Reviews stock levels and imitates requisitions, stock replenishment and inventory counts and gets feed back from sales team.
• Ensure that merchandise is inspected on receipt by the department, checks for damages, shortage etc.
• Ensuring that any paperwork including stock invoices and transfer out documentation is controlled and any discrepancies are checked and reported.
