• Taking care of the Team on TL’s absence.

• Reporting to my superiors, preparing the presentations for meetings and projecting the status of the process related to the KPI etc.

• All process handled by me has been produced with 100 % SLA and Accuracy.

Handling Escalations from the countries, Informing the team about the impact of the process so that not to miss the SLA and to process with accuracy.

• Nominated for Germany transition for the One Team Finance Project completed the OTF transfer within the agreed time line.

• Timely reporting to immediate Manager on basis.
