Persue Project administration activities and reporting to Level B and Level C management.
- Preparing periodic & ad hoc reports for CLIENT and SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
- Ensure project control best practices are followed on scenarios like planning work accordingly as scheduled, identify risks upfront by assessing potential risks impacting SLAs, resolving issues as quickly as possible. Providing analysis in reports using charts, graphs, pivots, and report to Level C managers.
