- Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet an agreed Programmed of deadlines.

- Supervise and monitor the site activities force through foreman, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
- Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified.
- Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITYS:
• Supervising all construction activities related to transport infrastructure including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with site management activities.
• Identifying & developing alternate contractors for timely completion of project.
• Steering the creation of designs, conceptual & schematic plans for layout and interfacing with clients for approval of the same.
• Coordinating with Contractors / Builders and providing with the detailed construction documents.
• Submitting shop drawings, initiating detailed execution at sight, preparation of client bill, preparation of sub contractor's bills, claims etc.
