Delivery Responsibilities
• Report to Project Manager, I lead a team size of 14 resources for L2 TAC Support Service delivery.
• Monitor Technical quality and Issue progression though Technical scoring and DBR (Daily backlog Review)
mechanisms.
• Conduct KRA (Key Result Area) and appraisal review, setting up of quarterly goals, share feedback, highlight
improvement areas and achievements.
• Presentation of metrics (Inflow, TTC and Backlog ageing) on weekly client-operation call.
• Represent Monthly Business Review meeting to show case the project highlights, challenges and focus areas for
the complete BU (Business unit),
• Close looping the DSAT and CSAT comments from business partners to sustain the technical quality, and analyze
the trend to focus on improvement areas.
• Support the Team Quality Evangelist (TQE)- to ensure the Process adherence rate is 100% compliant with
monthly ISO audit reviews.
• Perform monthly stack ranking to track individual performance and identify the necessity of PIP (Performance
Improvement Plan).
• Scheduling of rotational shifts for un-interrupted 24/5 support delivery round the clock.
• Conducting knowledge sharing session and contribution to technical knowledge center.
• Coordinating with team R&D for product issues and keeping track on observation sheet for bug fix
