1. Reponsible for Operation & Maintenance of Rail Grinding Machine (Which is OEM by Loram USA based equipment and working for Indian Railways)
2. Reponsible for Running, Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Locomotive Diesel Engine.
3. Hand on experience in Locomotive Break system.
4. Hand on Experience in Rolling stock.
5. Good knowladge about railway track defects.
6. Reponsible for MTTR, MTBR, DPR
1. Management & monitoring of equipment working on site.
2. Development of casting yard with proper planning.
3. Providing electric supply at various points of site with proper cable routing.
4. Installation of DG sets at site or in main substation and maintain their maintenance with proper records.
5. Erection of batching plant with proper routing of water line and electric connections.
6. Erection of weighbridge.
7. Erection of gantry cranes.
8. Dealing with service engineers for commissioning of new equipment.
9. Dealing with vendors for hired equipment related issues.
10. Maintaining the required spares inventory.
11. Reponsible for Erection & Commissioning of Girder transporter, Launching Gantry 1100T, Bridge gantry 550T Straddle carrier 1100T.
12. Dealing with the maintenance of Full Span Launching Equipments i.e Girder transporter, Launching Gantry 1100T, Bridge gantry 550T Straddle carrier 1100T.
1. Responsible for all types of maintainance which are carried out on site or out side the site.
2. Hand on experience in troubleshooting and why-why breakdown analysis.
3. Responsible for operation management of earthmoving equipments (Excavator, Loader, Boomer, Shotcrete M/C, Hydra, Forklifts, Trucks etc.) in the project to get the productivity in a good manner.
4. Collect machine performance data and demonstrate preventive maintenance in action for key parts.
5. Responsible for handling the team of 50 members including mechanics, electrician, painter, plumber etc.
6. Maintaining the spares inventry in store.
7. Experience in erection and dismentaling of tunnel gantry.
