• Maintain staff attendance for the payroll.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve them in an effective manner.
• Check on staff’s performance and give adequate training when needed.
• Giving coaching to staffs for performance management

• To be of assistance to the administrative heads of the organization.
• Address guest/clients enquiries and concerns.
• Attending calls- Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller
• Handle pressure situation smoothly and effectively which will not affect the business.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
Operate office equipment and manage office supplies.
• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
• Writing Emails and forwarding it to the assigned persons.
• Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
• Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.
