Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various SAP, Non-IT, IT positions within the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role and organization.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to foster a collaborative hiring process.
• Ensure that job postings and recruitment processes are accessible and inclusive to promote diversity and inclusion within the hiring process.
• Utilize data and analytics to improve the recruitment process, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in various recruitment events, such as job fairs, industry conferences, and other networking events.
