PROJECTS CARRIED OUT
a) Design & Analysis of Gas Compression Station as per Customer
P & ID, for BHGE:
Design and analysis of a Gas Compression station as per Customer P
& ID and specification. The Station is Built-up with three separate
modules, Module 1 is for Compressor set-up, Module 2 for separation
for feed gas and Module 3 for Process valves and Coolers. Over all
dimension of module is 15000 (L) x 6000 (W) x 17500 (H).
b) Design & Analysis of Custom Built removable type Enclosure for
Cummins KTA 50 Genset with IP 55 attenuators for L & T Project:
Design and analysis of custom built enclosure to a dimension of
9000 (L)x3000(W)x2950(H). The enclosure is totally removable type. It
is designed for static and dynamic analysis. Noise level is to be
achieved is 85 dB(A) @ 1 meter. Lifting of enclosure is done with the
help of lifting lugs on base skid.
c) Development of Piping process connection for MWM TCG 2020
V16 Genset in a 40’ ISO container for UK Project:
Optimizing the space availability inside a 40’ container for the
arrangement of TCG genset followed by number of Piping equipment’s
in-line with the HT & LT line of Radiator. The container is a separate
cabinet for Electrical control panels.
d) Design and fabrication of Container carrying trolley :
It is a new design of a trolley to carry container from one place to
another. There is no limitation in container length. It can be flexible to
carry ISO container of varying length.
e) Development and fabrication of Jib Crane for AIR BUS project :
Design of JIB crane of capacity 250 ton. The purpose of crane is to lift
survival camera from one place to another. The tilting of crane boom
and rotation of crane can be done manually, lifting of object can be
done by using 1 ton capacity electric winch. Swivel mechanism is used
for easy rotation of crane.
f) 60000 LTR Containerized fuel storage tank for JTC, Kuwait:
The tank consist of single wall rectangular corrugated inner tank for
fuel storage and outer tank is a 40’ HC container act as bund.
Inner tank is provided with ladder for tank access and baffle plates to
avoid turbulence during transportation. The container tank is
analyzed for linear transportation speed of 80 km/hr in a smooth
road condition.
g) Design and Analysis of 30’ Acoustic Enclosure for 1000KVA
genset for Sterling Wilson project:
It is a 30’ HC ISO container with 1000 KVA Genset with custom built
base fuel tank. The noise level is achieved 85 dB (A) @ 1m from the
wall of enclosure. The Container is IP 55 rating.
h) Fuel transfer system for Sewage treatment plant, Phase ii, Jabel
Ali, UAE :
Supply and installation of 10 no’s of storage tank, room attenuation,
piping between radiator and Genset, Piping between bulk tank and
day tank, piping between genset and day tank, exhaust muffler duct
etc…
i) Design and development of 20 TON capacity spreader beam with
Handle mechanism for Logistic industry:
Design of a spreader beam of Lifting capacity of 20 TON with
Container Twist lock in each corner. Handle is adjusted in such a way
that, it will lock containers when it turned to CW direction and Unlock
when it turn to CCW direction.
j) Design and fabrication of Drop over canopy 660 KVA genset for
Kanoo International, UAE :
Preparation of drop over panels for Genset with concept of easy
separation of Canopy from Genset. It’s total sheet metal work of
2.7mm thickness sheets. Role of a design engineer in this project is to
provide complete detail of cutting, bending & assembly of each panels
as per GA drawing.
ACADEMIC PROJECT WORK
Achieved first place for designing and executing project titled
“Design and Fabrication of Areca nut De-husking Machine” in the
academic level. The Machine is basically designed for mass production
of de-husking the areca nut using simple engineering mechanisms.
The specialty of machine is, it can be run using 1 HP single phase
motor. This machine is compact in design, making it portable. This
machine is economical compared to the other existing machines.
It can be operated by unskilled operators also. The machine can also
be operated by hand so it is very helpful when there is no electric
power available. Hence this machine has overcome the problems
associated with the existing machines.
