Oversee the complaint management process to ensure that all customer complaints are being addressed as per the organization SLA lead times.
Build the product forecasts in line with their life cycle position: launch, catalogue and end of life.
Consolidating & circulating 12 month rolling sales forecast to Demand Planning Team from Various Sales Managers across Global countries.
MIS consolidation of IBD, Wholesale, Retail Sales across Global Countries.
Taking care of annual budgeting and keeping track of achievement/growth of sales against previous year vs Budget.
Analyzing sales data drill down from Category to Sub category, Brand, Sub Brand, SKU to identify issues and notify the management to take necessary action.
Managing a team of 5 with 1 Sales Analyst and 4 Customer Service Executives handling entire business of Perfume & Cosmetic Division.
ABC Analysis of products & reduction in Non Moving Inventory as per SLA.

Coordinating with customer service and logistics to get additional orders by keeping track of Distributor Inventory.
Maintaining pricing structure for each individual country with month wise change in updation of standard cost / currency fluctuation / margin / markup.
Collecting sales data from all distributors across Mena region on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Analyzing sales data drill down from Category to Sub category, Brand, Sub Brand, SKU to identify issues and notify the management to take necessary action.
Taking care of annual budgeting and keeping track of achievement/growth of sales, consumption, GC vs previous year.
