• Identifying the customer requirements and develop the engineering proposal.

• Maintaining all necessary documents as per ISO procedure.
• Prepare Quality documents (ITP, FAT procedure & Check list…) coordinating with
QA/QC Inspector.
• Make site visits/ survey for replacement or modifications of electrical equipments.
• Creating detailed control circuit, Panel termination schedules, equipment layout
drawings, sequence of operations and operations and maintenance manuals.

• Review & Approve supplier documents submittals (Quality plans, Routine test report,
Inspection and test plan and FAT procedure), to ensure effective controls are in place in
key area.
• Check & Review installation as per approved manufacturing drawings and ensure that
manufacturing drawings fully complied with project specification and standards.
• Conduct the FAT as per approved FAT procedure from client and prepare the punch lists,
if any.
• Monitoring all testing and make sure which is conducted as per project specification and
complying all standards.
• Ensure all testing equipments used are calibrated with valid certificate.
• Review FAT result, prepare detailed report in order to release inspection release note
(IRN).

• Directly oversee and manage teams of Electrical & HVAC contractors.
• Review shop drawings and ensure in line with project requirements and contract terms.
• Resolving issues related to electrical systems or devices that arise during the course of construction.
• Daily reporting the work progress to Project Manager.
• Comparing various technical specifications to purchase new machinery equipments.
• Analyzing Project SLD and project specifications and confirming the works are in line with requirements.
• Calibration and servicing of process sensors, transmitters, electronic, pneumatic
instruments, pneumatic control valve.
• Execution of installation, commission and relocate of plant machinery and equipment.
• Experience in installation and commissioning and testing of new production line
equipments.

• Carry out preventive and break down maintenance of the factory electrical
Equipments & Instrumentation systems.
• Cable selection, Breaker selection & Voltage drop calculations.
• Repairing and reconditioning electrical and electronics components.
• Maintaining log books and maintenance records.
• Handling subordinates shift duties.
• Material procurement and making indent for material purchasing.
• Trouble shooting in fully automatic PLC plant
• Trouble shooting in fully automatic PLC machines, monitoring downtime and
developing methods to reduce the downtime.
• Maintenance of compressors, screw, reciprocating and stage compressor,
• Seminar conducting for cost reduction and electrical energy saving.
• Handling HV& LV Switch gears maintenance in substation.
• Maintenances of transformers with OLTC (1000KVA), Compressor, Diesel generators
and AC motors.
• Knowledge of electrical cable selection, Earthing & Bonding.
• Electrical Energy auditing.
• Maintenances of processes plant using PLC (SLC 500 Allen Bradley)
• Calibration of instruments such as (control valves, differential pressure switches
and level transmitters…)
• Carried out commissioning and installation of VFDs & Soft Starters up to 250KW.
