Plan, organize, coordinate, control and manage the Finance department of Oman Branch of company.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Prepare, maintain and review the monthly documentation of financial transactions account wise.
Preparing the balance sheets, profit and loss statement and other monthly reports for the head office in Korea.
All Bank correspondents and meetings are arranging and also deal with banks for LC and Bill of Collection for import of material
Maintain the accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Monitoring the projected cash flow and preparing report for the analysis for the sensitivity.
Prepares payments by verifying documentations with proper approvals by the top management and also requesting for disbursements.
Responsible to control the Bank accounts and cash through Accounts Assistants and conducting Bank accounts reconciliation every month.
Experience in finalizing Accounts and prepare Financial Statement for the Auditing and other management purposes.
Thorough knowledge to work in SAP system and maintaining all accounts in SAP in coordination with HO.
Also responsible to maintain the Account Payable and Account receivable for the company.
Liaison with Customs department to ensure prompt duty refund where applicable and documentation/payments to ensure prompt clearance of goods.
Reconciliation of bank accounts with Account receivable and payable.
Prepare and maintain the finalization of accounts for tax purpose and assisting the external auditors for tax returns.
Review and monitor compliance and Internal control procedures relating to finance functions.
Monitor and approve payment of salaries and wages.
Monitor the fixed assets of the company and control the depreciation records and procedures.
Coordinate with Budget / planning department for Budget allocations and effective control of the resources.

 Assigned to Coordinate with Aramco proponent for day to day operational activities.
 Responsible to monitor four dinning halls serving almost 2000 plus customers with three meals a day with preparing monthly and daily menus.

 Responsible to handle the Petty Cash of the site for emergency purchased items from the local market. Receiving invoice, bills & expenses from the site and sending to head office for reimburse the cash.
 Prepare monthly Profit & Loss report for the project every month and keep the record for each month expenses & revenue.
 Preparing Documents Necessary for Renewal of Aramco I.D. card and work permit for Manpower.
 Process the employee's vacations and also prepare vacation plan for base manpower at the project.
 Prepares business correspondence transcribed hand written drafts and from dictations.
 Maintain the Manpower database of all employees working in the site and also keep the yearly medical record of all employees.
 Also assigned as Timekeeper for the Base crew, maintain and preparing the time sheets for all employees.
 Prepare the department’s monthly, quarterly and annual operating & Financial reports.
 Handling the Food and Hygiene Training program for the staff working in the location.
