Assists in developing, managing, periodical review, and communicating Government relations
policies and processes to ensure organization compliances.
Ensures proper dissemination and keep the HR team informed of significant problems that may
jeopardize the achievement of company goals, and those are not being addressed adequately.
Ensures immigration processes are completed in minimal time including Resident Permits, Drivers
Licenses, Visas, CID procedures etc.
Track and monitor relevant expiry dates and ensure that all time-sensitive documents and licenses
are renewed ahead of deadline to ensure full compliance and avoid fines.
Arranges the labor contracts for signature and stamped before sending for attestation in the Labor
Dept.
Keeps abreast with current labor/ immigration laws and update the HR staff on any changes
• Responsible for all the government related activities with thorough knowledge in functionalities and Qatar Labor Law
• Familiar with latest updates in the ministries as well as in the E-Services.
• Had the ability to independently communicate with all Government Offices, Ministries, Chamber of Commerce, and Traffic departments etc. as required.
• Utilize the interpersonal skills to liaise with the government institutions and bring the best result for the organization for new quota of Visas, renewal of establishment licenses, RP documents etc..
• PRO works as requested from HR manager as per MENA HR Software.
• Updating list of employees for ID Card, Health Card, License and Labor contracts .
• Visa submission, medical and finger and all other legal activities for candidates to Qatar
• Attend to concerned departments like Passport Office, Municipality, Traffic Departments and Labor Office if needed .
• E-governments and all other online works .
• Keep updates on all activities related to government departments .
• Process all type of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees .
• Assist the HR operation based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of local labour law.
• Supervise and monitor all matters of work permits and visas.
• Maintain full records of each team member’s passport, QID and visas, both online and in paper form, and ensure all such information are updated and valid.
• Process team member’s exit permits.
• Process visa cancellation of confirmed resigned team members.
• Monitor and process renewal of company registration card, permits, licenses and other legal requirements to operate the business.
• Assist in obtaining police reports and medical reports required for any legal proceedings.
• Process team member’s contract registration to Ministry of Labour.
• Assist all company related legal cases undertakings and make recommendations in accordance to Qatar laws.
• Perform other side task assigned by HRM or HRD.
• Language Teacher of Arabic and English (Writing, Speaking and Translation) .
• Office duties as admin and clerical .
• Attendance of employees,
• Organizing students for cultural activities
• Arrange staff meeting and discussions .
