o Prepare the Purchase documentation in receiving (import) shipments from various suppliers for Mass Distribution.
o Communication with Divisions, Warehouse & Suppliers for Smooth release of shipments.
o Receive the Replenishment orders and ensure that all stock transfer from Warehouse to store & Annual Bazar Location by System.
o Ensure that all the stock transfers and stock destruction has processed in same accounting period in the system.
o Inspect goods dispatched and ensured the goods complied with the requirements in terms of quantity, quality and specifications.
o Appropriately records any discrepancies in item quality or type.
o Assist in preparing shipment documentation, tracking shipments and providing alternative information.
o Responds to inquiries about customers’ orders by providing status of delivery or availability.
o Strictly follow standard processes, procedures and work instructions as per the company's Quality management system.
o Plan workload and coordinate amongst the team members to meet deadlines.
o Maintaining Warehouse and merchandises in an orderly manner.
o Responsible for sending the Merchandises to the floor.
