Role and Responsibility
• Checking the Bills for Sub Contractors, Preparation of deviation statement.
• Preparation of extra items.
• Installation of electrical works to be checked as required to as certain high level of quality.
• Handling the project from inception stage till handing over to the customer.
• Interaction with Clients, Architects, PMC Team, Consultants, Contractor, Supervisors & labour.
• Handling labour on site, implementation of Manpower plans.
• Taking feedback from site engineers.
• Responsible for Planning & scheduling of project activities, coordination.
• To review electrical drawings.
• Coordinating with design team for the preparation of shop drawings as per the requirement of the site.
• Preparation of material schedule as per the site requirement.
• Helping material procurement team in identifying vendors, subcontractors, carry out negotiations, finalization of purchase orders.
• Project execution end to end responsibility.
• Preparation of Handing over documents (i.e. As Built Drawings, Manual, Testing reports etc.) as per the site requirement.
• Check the GFCs & compare with Architectural drwg and give comments.
• Supervision of work for timely completion and as per the technical specification & standard engineering practice.
• Conducting site meeting with sub-vendors for progress & design review.
• Checking of sub-contractor measurements as per mode of measurement & standard engineering practice, certification & scrutiny of bill for payment.
• To check and ensure the quality of work as per tech specs.
• Coordination to maintain the billing cycle as per Cost plan/verification of same.
• Co-ordinate with QS team to evaluate the qty.
• Rate Analysis of material of non schedule materials.
• Coordination with Client on timely delivery of direct procurement materials.
