- Follow and implement company HSE policy and plan at the operational areas.
- Giving training schedules on Safety Management, Regulation for Health, Safety and Environment, Safety in
Material Handling, Occupational Health and Hygiene, Job Safety Analysis, Emergency Preparedness,
Firefighting, Initial Accident response and accident investigation
- Carry our regular site safety inspections and submit reports.
- Preparation of Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA)
- Prepare HSE Documents as per JCIA, ISO & OSHAS Standards. Conducting induction trainings.
- Conducting Toolbox talks, safety meetings & mock drills (fire, abandon, emergency)
- Periodic inspection of the firefighting equipment’s - Fire Pump, Fire Hose Reel, Fire Extinguishers & Sprinkler
System.
- Accident /incident/near miss investigation and reporting.
- Ensuring subcontractors are complying with the safety requirement
- Prepare schedules of training for employees in coordination with all department.
Paramount Hotel Residents & Majestic Hotel project
- Providing Safety Orientation for new employees and visitors.
- Ensure all site personnel are wearing appropriate PPE
- Assist higher authorities in formulating safety systems in line with statutory and technical requirement.
- Evaluate health and safety hazards, investigating, incidents near misses and report the same to management
besides monitoring and reviewing.
- Conduct regular safety inspection, audits impart HSE training on safety subjects and emergency procedures.
- Lifting accessories, Crane, Banks men inspection and expand the safe system to the Employees
- Monitoring all safety issues to prevent and stop dangerous work practices.
