PROJECT Punjab Irrigated Agriculture Productivity Improvement Project (World Bank Funded) Position Area Manager Client Govt of Punjab Consultant PISC Responsibilities: Strategic Management of Project related activities including resources, Process and Verification from Consultants and timely completion of the project activities.
•Survey of site area with the help of Global Positioning system (GPS) for the purpose of Landscape and Irrigation projects as per Client requirements.
•Managing the projects & Facilitate in Planning and design as per the client requirement.
•Execute works according to approved and programs and budget ensuring full compliance with QA/QC and HSE policies and procedures drawings.
•Supervise Landscape & irrigation teams at site and evaluate the performance of individuals and teams.
•Yearly Strategic Meeting participation for the planning and direction of business as per market needs.
•Supervise sub-contractors' works at site ensuring works are done according to contracts and evaluates sub contractors' performance (if any).
•Preparation of Inspection Requests and follow up approval and submittal for payment.
•Attend meetings with Consultant and Client, follow up the Project Approvals/Payments as per agreements.
•Report all queries and achievements to Line Manager in all aspects.
•To ensure contract documents as per defined specifications for all Landscape and Irrigation O & M work for the client after commissioning.
•Follow defined PPM for weekly, fortnight, monthly, semiannual, and annual tasks.
•Review monthly payment follow-ups with client.

•Report all queries and achievements to Line Manager in all aspects.
•Supervise Landscape & irrigation teams at site.
•Visit the Landscape and Irrigations sites for after Sales services.
•Complaint Handling of Landscape and Irrigations projects timely.
