Manage and supervise all Pre-Commissioning, Testing and Commissioning activities and site teams on the project.
 Assist the Commissioning Manager in preparing T&C plans and Progress Reports.
 Develop all Commissioning Management documentation works (TC Method Statements, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, etc.), and coordinate with all parties (System’s Supplier, Subcontractors, and Project Engineer) to finalize the documents.
 Guide the Testing and Commissioning procedures and ensure system’s suppliers achieve the project standards.
 Follow up the site team (Site Engineers, QC) to ensure completion of all documentation works (MIR’s, WIR’s, etc.) prior to the start of Testing and Commissioning activities.
 Track and review the Testing and Commissioning progress through meetings by publishing minutes and facilitates completion of Testing and Commissioning action items.
 Prepare and maintain the Testing and Commissioning records of site testing process and checklists.
