Key Responsibilities

1. Operations: To run the business as per the standards of company and also create the congenial environment as per international standards.

a. Sales plan & budgeting: To review regularly business & workout strategies on weekly basis, to handle the complete operational process for smooth running of the store. To do inventory management and filling the stock
b. . Plan the sales as per dept wise review, last month, last year comparison and target mapping.
2. Sales &targets: To make strategies to increase market share, conversion & Average bill size.
3. To communicate the targets to the staff, distribute the targets section wise, educate & help them to reach there targets
4. Administrative process: Compiling all the necessary papers, data, reports etc necessary for the operational process..
5. Human resource maintenance: To take care of staff welfare in terms of motivation towards work, reduce conflicts, taking care of their timely salary, medical support, giving them chances to grow, making their roasters and disciplined them as per standards of the company.
6. Service standards: Develop customer service process & facilities, to ensure soliciting customer feedback and ensure reply in 72 hrs. Arrange product training for the staff.
7. Account & finance: Timely banking of sales collection on daily basis, maintain the pettycash expenses and overheads. Timely & regular cash audit.
8. Reporting & communication: To make the proper communication within the company with different department like HR, finance, DC, merchandiser with proper reporting and sending of needed data.
