• Receiving, verifying and posting all inbound shipments of locally and foreign at factory premises.
• Loading, verifying and posting all outbound shipments and inform sales team with the necessary documents & shipment images of outbound shipments.
• Accurate inputting of all orders into invoicing system to agreed deadlines.
• Organizing and maintaining efficient filing systems for all transfer and sales orders.
• Carry out any reasonable additional tasks requested by line manager/sales teams.
