Description of the Projects:
1. New York University project of 13 buildings ( 2B + G + 12 + R ) in Abu Dhabi.

2. Dubai World Trade Centre Hotel Project ( 5B + G+18) in Dubai.

Work Description:
• Scheduling & executing all structural & finishing works.
• Preparing target programme for the complete project.
• Preparing & Submitting Weekly Project Dashboard reports to Client
• Noting & claiming all the delays from client, consultants & sub contractors.
• Scheduling and co-ordinating all the finish activities like block works, Plastering, Dry lining walls, False ceiling works, Painting, Water proofing, MEP works, Tiling works, Stone works, Joinery works, Façade works, Aluminium works, Glazing works, Precast panel works, steel structure works etc with all Sub contractors .
• Prepared & reviewed several work Method Statements & Risk assessments.
• Co-ordinate with Sub contractors, designers & Consultants for the approvals of materials, shop drawings & bench marks.
• Conducting weekly site meetings with all Sub contractors to ensure the timely arrival of materials and execution of each and every activity. Preparing detailed plan with all sub contractors. Monitor the manpower of sub contractors on daily basis and co-ordinate with Sub contract management avoid any delay in materials & execution at site.
• Selecting the sub contractors & suppliers by discussing with commercial team and by considering their performance history including the timely delivery of project, manpower availability, material delivery and quality of job.
• Conducting weekly Safety Meeting with all the supervisors & assuring all the site activities are going on as per safety standards and approved work Method of Statements.
• Planning and arranging the Manpower & other resources.
• Co-ordinate with Design Managers and Consultants to solve all the design issues.
• Ensured the timely completion of work including snagging, testing & commissioning, Government inspections and final handing over as per the planned schedule.

Description of the Projects:
# Al Tayer Building project ( B + G + 15 + 2R ) in Al Barsha.
# Emirates Staff Housing Project of 5 Buildings ( B + G + 10 + 2R ) near Global Village.

Work Description:

• Arranging the materials & machineries required for the construction work at site.
• Scheduling & executing the structural & all finishing works as per the latest drawings,
• Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specification.
• Schedule & Monitor the project completely and updating the schedule on weekly basis.
• Ensure the completion of work as per the schedule.
• Preparing the shop drawings.
• Co-ordinate with Consultants & Architects for the material approvals & work approvals.
• Raising the inspection requests to the consultants & collect the approval for proceeding the work.
• Co-ordinate with the Sub contractor’s site engineer on a daily basis to check the proper execution of the work.

Description of the Project:
# Gokulam ANAGHA is a residential apartment project ( 2B + G + 21 + 2R ) in Kakkanad, Kerala.

Work Description:

• Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specification.
• Co-ordinate with the contractor’s site engineers.
• Conducting meetings with Architects, Consultants and Contractors.
• Ensure that the works are being constructed to the latest Architectural drawings and Structural drawings.
• Issue instructions to the contractor’s site engineer in charge of the work.
• Calculating the quantities of each item of work for tendering purpose.
• Checking and correcting the bills submitted by the contractors and submitting the same to the accounts department for the payment.
